Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

We recognize that “life happens” and you may need to reschedule or cancel your registration. Your options include

• Substitution. Send a substitute in your place. Simply notify us through our online system and provide the new participant’s contact information. Substitution requests received within five (5) days of your original registration incur no additional charges; substitution requests received after five (5) days incur an additional $300 service charge.
• Rescheduling. Choose a different workshop in our public workshop list which you would like to attend and notify us through our online system. Rescheduling requests received within five (5) days of your original registration incur no additional charges; rescheduling requests received after five (5) days incur an additional $300 service charge.
• Cancellation. Cancel your participation in the workshop through our online system. Cancellation requests received within five (5) business days of your original registration will be refunded in full. Any cancellation request received after that date but at least ten (10) business days in advance of the scheduled workshop will be honored and your money refunded, minus a $300 service charge. Cancellation requests received within ten (10) business days of the scheduled workshop will not be honored. If you are due a refund in accordance with this policy, it will be sent as a check to the business address originally recorded within ten (10) business days.

Workshop Confirmation

We will confirm the workshop schedule with you by email ten (10) business days prior to the date of the session. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop in the event that the minimum number of participants has not enrolled by that time.

Should a workshop be cancelled, you acknowledge that we have no liability to you for any expenses incurred, travel or otherwise. We strongly encourage you to either make all travel arrangements after we confirm the workshop or to make sure that your travel expenses are refundable in the event that the workshop is cancelled.
