Most of the activities presented in this archive have been circulating in the training community for some time and are freely presented here.

Occasionally we will quote an activity description directly from a copyrighted training resource. In those cases, we do so with permission from the author.

We attempt to credit our source, whether book or fellow trainer, when known; for some of the activities, however, original authorship is lost in the mists of time. If you see an activity that you believe should, as author or publisher, be attributed to you or removed from our website, please email us.
